Terms of Use

Eligibility and license

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for lawful purposes under these Terms.

AI-generated content

The App uses third-party AI systems. Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or sharing it. We do not promise that any output is unique, non-infringing, or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

You retain any rights you have in prompts you submit. Subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms, you may use generated outputs, but you are responsible for ensuring that your prompts and use of outputs do not violate another person's rights or any law.

Acceptable use

You may not use the App to create, request, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation; sexual or non-consensual intimate content; graphic violence or gore; self-harm or dangerous acts; hateful or harassing content; violent extremism; deceptive official documents; impersonation, fraud, or election deception; illegal, privacy-invasive, or infringing content; or any content intended to cause harm. You may not bypass safety or credit controls, extract credentials, interfere with the App, automate abusive traffic, or reverse engineer protected services.

The App may block prompts or generated output and provides an in-app reporting feature for offensive AI-generated images. Reports may include the prompt, report category, generation details, and a reduced-size image preview so that Vessel can review the output and improve filtering.

Credits, subscriptions, and billing

Some features require credits or an active subscription. Prices, included benefits, renewal periods, and any introductory terms are shown before purchase. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment terms. Unless the purchase screen says otherwise, credits are not cash, are not transferable, and have no monetary value outside the App.

Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled through Google Play. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Google Play account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refund eligibility is determined by applicable law and Google Play policies.

Availability and changes

AI models and third-party services may be changed, rate-limited, interrupted, or discontinued. We may modify features, credit costs, or future pricing, but changes will not retroactively alter a completed purchase. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. The App does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vessel and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, or loss arising from generated content or unavailable services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
